'Begin at the beginning,' the King said, very gravely, 'and go on till you come to the end: then stop.'

This seems to be the common thread of everyone's message, so following that approach .. here goes.

After graduation I tried a little college, when the money became tight, I looked for a job. Thinking of course that there would be no problem going back to school. Well, the best laid plans..etc.

Was hired by KC, and stayed there for almost the next 25 years. In the mean time I bought a house (Town of Menasha) , took up organic gardening, sailing, etc.
When they sold the Neenah Lakeview plant in the 1990's I took a transfer out to KC Connecticut. Lasted about 5 months there. Decided that life was too short to work at something I hated doing every day. Took my house off the market and quit.

Returned and started my own home based business, semi retired, work when I need to or want to. I'm now buying partial or full estates, I also attend estate auctions in the tri-state area. I specialize in rare books, maps and other ephemera.

That's it in a nut shell.

Also, after all this time, I still keep in touch with Mike Dahl ~Connecticut, we have remains friends since Driver's Ed class.. I also hear occasionally from Judy "Nobbe" Anacker ~Mississippi Also heard from Paul Powers ~New Mexico.

Now, like everyone else, I have to find that 1970 Neenah High Yearbook, so I can put faces to all these names.
